Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or altered items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
- How to Initiate a Return:
- Customers must raise a return request by sending an email to [email protected] with the order details and the return reason.
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, a photograph of the product, the price tag, and the packing cover is mandatory.
- For products above ₹2000, an opening video of the parcel is mandatory.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Important Notes
- The products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, and unused. The price tag (and the silk mark tag if applicable) must be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
- Refunds or gift cards will be issued after the item is received and approved by our quality assurance team. The refund amount or gift card will only include the cost of the product. Any other costs incurred for the order by the company or customer will not be refunded.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹2000 to ensure they are returned safely.
